Need help with a specific assignment or prepping for an upcoming test? One-time sessions are great for short-term support — perfect for reviewing tricky topics, completing difficult homework, or clarifying confusing concepts.

Monthly Learning Plan
For families who want consistent support — and consistent results. These plans reserve your time slot each week and are prorated for start date, holidays, school breaks, and final exam cut-off dates. These plans are not available during summer months (July - August).

What’s Included in a Monthly Learning Plan?
These plans are ideal for students who want consistent support. Choose one or two sessions per week, scheduled in advance.
Plans are prorated for holidays and school breaks (excluding PD days), and you’ll reserve your time slot each week to build steady progress over time.
Minimum commitment: 8 sessions (typically 2 months).
Summer Rates (July–August)
Since summer schedules can be unpredictable, all summer tutoring is offered at a per-session rate:
In-Person (Medicine Hat): CA$100/hour
Virtual (Canada): CA$80/hour
Virtual (U.S. / Global): US$60/hour
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of one-time sessions. If less than 24 hours notice is given (except for contagious illness for in-person sessions), the full session fee will be charged.
For Monthly Learning Plans, your time slot is reserved just for you each week. One-off reschedules within the same week are subject to a $20 rescheduling fee. Permanent changes to your regular session time (for example, due to a seasonal activity or semester change) can be accommodated if there’s an opening, with no fee.
Keeping schedules consistent helps students make steady progress and allows me to give every family the dedicated time they’ve booked.
